Maintenance Manual

At MSRTA.M LIMITED, we believe that every lamp should not only illuminate your space but also bring warmth and elegance into your daily life. To ensure your lamp remains in perfect condition and lasts for years, please follow these care and usage guidelines:

1. Daily Usage Tips

  • Proper Operation: For touch-sensor lamps, lightly tap the sensor area to turn on/off. Avoid pressing or striking the lamp.

  • Avoid Overcharging: For rechargeable lamps, unplug the charger once the battery is full to prevent long-term battery strain.

  • Ideal Environment: Place the lamp in a dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight or placing near high-temperature sources.

2. Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Dust Regularly: Wipe the lamp body and lampshade with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid chemical cleaners.

  • Wooden Parts: For oak, birch, or other wooden finishes, use a slightly damp cloth to clean, and occasionally apply a suitable wood care oil to maintain natural grain and luster.

  • Lampshade Care: Fabric or paper lampshades can be gently dusted with a soft brush or low-power vacuum. Avoid wiping directly with water.

3. Battery & Charging

  • Charge Properly: Recharge when battery drops below 20%. Avoid frequent plugging/unplugging to prolong battery life.

  • Use Provided Charger: Always use the included or officially certified charger to prevent damage from incompatible voltage.

4. Safety Precautions

  • Prevent Tipping: Place the lamp on a stable, flat surface to avoid falling.

  • Keep Away from Water: Do not place the lamp in bathrooms or near sinks to prevent liquid from entering the electrical components.

  • Child Safety: Keep cords neatly arranged and out of reach of children.

5. Long-Term Storage

  • Storage: If not in use for an extended period, unplug the lamp and store it in a cool, dry place.

  • Battery Maintenance: For rechargeable lamps, perform a charge-discharge cycle every 2–3 months to avoid deep battery depletion.

A lamp does more than light a room—it brings warmth, style, and comfort into your life. Care for it properly, and it will illuminate your home for many years to come.
